The Essence of Luxury, Light |
The scattering effect of light is often employed by luxury brands, which mainly use innovative and dazzling designs and CMF. For example, the Italian luxury jewelry & watch brand 'Bulgari' launched the 'Bulgari X Lisa Limited Edition' watch in collaboration with Blackpink's Lisa. The watch is charming with its sunray finish on the dial panel, which transforms into various colors. On the case back, the edelweiss, Lisa's favorite flower, is engraved. Furthermore, the CMF combination - 12 diamond indexes of round brilliant cut and a rose gold bezel - enhances the value of the product. |

The 'Allegra' watch creates a luxurious and vibrant atmosphere with its colorful gemstones, including diamonds, citrine, amethyst, blue topaz, peridot, and rhodolite, as well as its pearly dial. In addition, various other Bulgari items are utilizing the scattering of light to further solidify the brand's heritage. |

The Way to See Beautiful Light |
Let's see some examples of using the scattering of light in culture, art, and exhibition fields. French contemporary artist 'Jean-Michel Othoniel' skillfully handles various materials (such as glass, sulfur, and wax) that can be easily transformed and restored but are difficult to process. |
The work he created for his 2022 exhibition in Korea allows us to fully experience the mesmerizing scattering effect of light. The glass bricks he used are exclusively made in Firozabad, India. The unique blue color of the CMF gives viewers a sense of an unreal spatial perception and optical illusion as if waves are gently swaying. |

The 'Glass Art Museum' is located in Shanghai, China. The building was once a clock plastic parts factory but was reborn as an artistic glass structure through remodeling. This museum displays ancient Chinese glassworks, pieces of globally renowned glass artisans, and new works by contemporary glass artists, making it an ideal place to gain CMF inspiration. |
